Welcome to being a Councilor. You have been selected by your peers, or a bunch of people you hardly know, to lead this clan for the next three months. Congratulation, DO NOT LET IT GO TO YOUR HEAD.
I have personally lost sight of this over the past month and in an attempt to redeem myself, I wish to apologize to the clan as a whole and specifically to Omgitsgunz as I have not been fair to you this term. I promise to now stop criticizing you all about the code and to rather start making the clan a fun place to be again.
Just a quick sneak peak at how I wish to accomplish this:
-Events have picked up a little bit over the past week, but we wish to make them extraordinary in the future with the following: Hunger Games (see more about it in the May newsletter), Citadel Battlefield, Increased numbers of participating players... Which leads to the next point!
-Get recruitment back on track. It seems like the recruitment team has been doing okay with in-game recruitment, but we can really get most of our recruits via personal posts on the RSOF in the "looking for a clan" section. I'll start posting some of these myself, as well as encourage everybody else to do.
-Start rewards up again (medals, merits, maybe even cash rewards) for positive work for the clan.
I believe my fellow councilors wish to give their own apologies as well.
