The Ivy wars are over...but they left the plant life of this world in ruins...Trees stolen of all life,
Cursed and withered,
and some so corrupted by the Dark Magic of the Ivy that they are lost from the Anima Mundi altogether.
The agents of the Ivy are still around even now, surreptitiously spreading their evil influence among the greenery of the world.
In these dark times, who can we turn to? Who will bring balance to the force?
Thankfully, there are still some heroes left. While others fritter their time away with silly magic tricks and immoral behaviors, some are still working diligently to keep the forces of evil from spreading.
Some...like Jellyfisk of the Steadfast Hatchet.
For years, he has been working tirelessly to remove the taint of evil from this world. Today* he has finally managed, after much effort:
and Sacrifice:
to fully erase the evil, corrupting taint from the Tree of Wisdom. Filled with gratitude, the Tree granted him, in recognition of his efforts, a mark that shall remain with him for all time.
Hail, Jellyfisk of the Steadfast Hatchet, savior of trees and bane of the cursed bark!
* Evil, Ivy-like hecklers who insist that he achieved this several days ago, and that this publication is in fact late, should note that the Ivy have the power to blur the minds and and streeeech the appearance of time.
