From itunes license agreement, was bored and happen to skim over this and saw this, gave me a chuckle lol.

LOL... Yeah, if you actually read the End User License agreement on 90% of software, you realize its pretty fascist. Apple seems to be particularly aggressive on EULA's... another courtesy of Apple Computers...
Wow, so basically their selling you something that they will take away whenever, and if ever, they want. Can you take your money back whenever you want?
There was also the case of Blue Coat Systems. They decided they it would contractually forbid customers from criticizing their products. They did it by inserting an anti benchmarking clause into its License. Seems they didn't want customers comparing their proxy servers with the competition. Fortunately the State of New York Attorney General Jumped on that one without anyone else having to file suit. But slowly these are getting more and more oppressive. Soon I'm sure they will be forbidding you from voting for who you want under pain of torture and your basically forced to indentured servitude.
