Yes, I know Batman came out and the hype has cooled down, but I'm still pumped about it.
Who, in your opinion, is the best actor to ever portray Batman? Why? If your opinion differs with somebody else, why do you feel that way?
Which Batman movie is the best in your opinion? Same goes for this as the previous questions. This could get interesting...
I'd have to say I definitely liked Christian Bale in Batman Begins. The Dark Knight was definitely epic.
I must say though, George Clooney did a decent job in Batman Forever back in the late 90's.

Out of all the movies, I liked The dark knight, It had great actions, awesome weapons, and a good Bruce Wayne.

Micheal Keaton... He was by far, the best Batman...
He played his character very convincingly. His batman was cool and collected. It was his job, to defeat the criminals, and leave them with a lasting impact. His Bruce Wayne, however, I thought was his best. Kind of, aloof and quirky, has his public face to keep up appearances, but is very introverted and aloof. I really liked his portrayal. And even though the recent Christopher Nolan Batman movies are... to put it simply... better then I ever imagined they could be...
That First Tim Burton Batman movie, is still the best in my mind. Most of you probably were not around then. But it was a awesome. It was dark, it was weird. The Sets and the Design, very unusual. It was kind of detached from reality. And Jack Nicholson was an Awesome Joker. He was Charismatic, he was bat-do-do insane, and he was having a hell of a time doing it. He was out for the money, and he was out for the death. He played one of the best villains of all time. Yeah, Heath Ledger did an awesome job himself, but as I said to alot of my friends back when Dark Knight was just announced. He had one of the toughest follow up acts in history.
Also, you have the Batman's mixed up.
Ye Old 60/70's Batman: Adam West Batman (1989) - Micheal Keaton Batman Returns (1992) - Micheal Keaton Batman Forever (1995) - Val Kilmer Batman & Robin (1997) - George Clooney
Then of course Christian Bale in Batman Begins and Dark Knight.

That's right. I forgot which movie it was where George Clooney portrayed Batman. Batman and Robin was more focused on the "playboy" side of Bruce Wayne, in my opinion. He was less serious than some of the other Batman's, and he seemed to work more towards charming women than being sort of withdrawn, but at the same time, there.

Not to sound liek a jackis but, the new movie is all about Joker, not batman dude to the fact it is Heath LEdger's last work, that is to be expected, Heath was a decent actor, it is unfortunate that his house keeper or maid or what the hell ever was a retard . . . thing . . . and thought that an olsen twin would be better equipped to help him that say 911 even if that would have done anything. But i will say this about Christian bale, he's now my favorite batman, Michael Keaton was good Bale is just better.

I do feel like The Dark Knight put the focus on the Joker more than Batman. I can't say I'm totally pleased with the ending though.
Christian Bale, overall, did a great job as Batman in this "era". Michael Keaton did an excellent portrayal of Batman in that Batman "era". Batman has taken a much more dark turn since the first Batman movies were out. I mean, geez, in the series with Adam West, Batman and the police were best friends. Now the police are out to get him.
