I graduated college in 2015 (Bachelors in Computer Science) and do application support for a company. Got married in 2016 and had my son April of this year.
Runescape wise I started playing again after being bored one day about 1 1/2 years ago. Maxxed last month so now I mostly afk stuff or work on the stuff to get comp (doubt it will happen).

Congratulations on you both for graduating college, and upon Ewoks for his marriage and little one. I got married in September, but I have yet to graduate college. I plan on going back (as countless before me have claimed in vain)

It's nice to hear that you've all hit some milestones! I graduated as well with a degree in music. I've been slowly building a career, and gaining experience with music teaching and instrument repair. I live in Ohio now, and have an awesome girlfriend who I may move in with soon!
Gold, what do you feel like is preventing you from moving on?

I miss the community of this clan from back in the day. Definitely some good memories of playing for days at a time.
I'm a youth/children's pastor at a church outside of DC. I've been married for 7.5 years and I have 3 kids.

Hey everyone! Nice to see that you guys are moving forward with both education, career and family life! Personally I have been working as a chemical engineer within R&D for the last 4.5 years, and last year I bought a house with my girl friend! We got a dog, but no kids yet - which leaves me plenty time to make music and continue playing my computer games  Gaming wise I'm mostly spending time in WoW Classic on the EU-Earthshaker realm at the moment. Found a very fun and relaxed guild there, which kinda reminded me of you guys - hence why I dropped by! If anyone wants to play something sometime, feel free to send me a friend request! Oh, hey. Not sure if I'm really welcome here after all the drama many years back but then again I never actually did anything malicious or banworthy I suppose and I don't really hold anyone any ill will, so, nice to see everyone is doing well.  I play on and off but mostly just to get my questcape back and very slowly approach max (Mostly because it's so much easier now and it means no quest requirement issues ever. ;D ) But game wise I mostly go for a variety of other stuff and MMO-wise I'm mostly tied to Final Fantasy 14 nowadays. A lot less grindy and I find the top end bosses fun. Plus a good story to boot. But if anyone ever wants to talk in RS my display name nowadays is Melancholy. IRL wise honestly could be better could be worse. Kind of chronically ill for about 6 years now, nothing fatal just not fun to live with. Kind of slowed down my life a lot, but I'm hoping to get to college after this whole... situation, IRL is over, even if I have to take it slow and only go for a couple classes at a time. I do run a D&D game at the local game shop though, moved online currently for obvious reasons. And I've been getting more and more active lately, so I'm hopeful for the future at least. |

I don't say this to me mean but more the emphasize how much time has gone by, but I really don't remember you or any of the drama the that happened. I had to look at posting history to get a sense of what might have happened. If there had been bitterness back then, time has a tendency to make one forget. But that being said... Yeah if you want to do college, go for it. Its never too late... For what happened to me, back in 2014 some stuff happened that put a definite end of paragraph to that part of my life. So 10 years later then I should have, I ended up going to college myself. I graduated this year, in what is undoubtedly the greatest year there will ever be EVER to graduate in, with a double BSc in Physics and Computer Science. Which was pretty much all consuming in my life for the past 5 years. My college experience pretty much was this. Borderline Alcoholic classmate: Hey want to come along clubbing with us tonight? Miserable Me: I can't, I have a lab... Soon to be Exgirlfriend#324: Hey want to do something this weekend? Extra Miserable Me: ...I can't, I have a lab. |

Yeah that's pretty much my thoughts on the matter, I completely agree on that. Been an age and the clan is defunct anyway so... I mean... -shrug- TL;DR from what I do remember myself, I was at Jedi Master and ended up getting pretty disillusioned with the clan and leaving with a bunch of other folks. Unfriendly words were spoken, but nothing beyond that. But I barely remember the exact details at this point myself. Ultimately it was ages ago and no one was grievously harmed or something over any of it so it's pretty faded. And I do have good memories of the clan too, and the people in it. Edit: sorry to go on that tangent though, not really the purpose of this thread, like we've both said, past is past, was ages ago, who cares now. Just nice to see everyone doing well nowadays. Happy to hear you're doing well in life though, Zig Congratulations on the degrees. Oof though, hope you have a bit more free time now that you've graduated. I 100% agree on education being a priority but it's good to relax now and then and not be a giant bundle of stress and work 24/7 too. Yknow, balance and all that, haha. |

Oh wow, this was a blast from the past. I barely remember most of the drama, but also my general memory issues have been getting worse lately. Finding a new Job nowadays is hard, so I have a dead end job paying the bills at the moment, which is good, but eventually want to move on into a career job.
Game wise, I’ve also been playing D&D with a group of friends lately, I kind of love it, and especially nowadays it helps with the social isolation due to virus.
Had some computer issues a few weeks back, and when I got it back the cpu had to be replaced, and it ruined a bunch of game saves, so now I’m slowly replaying through a bunch of old games as well- the bioshock collection, Skyrim, Civilization....
I’m also the only one here I think who still plays RS3 regularly, besides maybe Ewoks? I also say Budah got on for a bit at some point, but didn’t get a chance to talk with him at all. Do still miss the clan feeling.
Anyway, hope y’all are doing well, and as far as I’m concerned or can remember, I have no beef with anyone in game, so if you happen to log on and see me on in your friends list or clan chats (my display name is still the same as on here) please send a message and say hi! And if I don’t respond, send it again (might have missed it )!
