What I know so far:
-she's bloody huge
-she can breath fire, throw projectiles, swipe you with her head spawn minions, stop time, and is tremendous
-she wants to eat me, and she's bigger then me...
-DID I MENTION SHE'S FREAKING ENORMOUS?!!!!
She has four phases, each with 18,750 lp (75k total). In the first phase, pray range and bring antifires and a Dragonfire Shield.
She attacks with melee, regular Dragonfire (which, even with a DFS and Antifires, will hit 150-200, without them it will hit 700+) and ranged. Dreadnips also appear to help alot, though are dangerous to use due to their blocking your inventory while being deployed.
Food wise, I'd advise Sara brews and restores, maybe rocktailes if your maxed, but at my cb lvl, sharks were not cutting it.
The melee attacks max hit appears to be within the low 300s, and the range slightly lower; but it's (the range attack) quite accurate (at least on bandos armour) so again, advised to pray range. If you stand back and range/mage it, it will just attack with fire and range.
She will also summon walls of flame (you get a message in the chat box before she does this, and she wil rear up for a bit) which have only one gap that you need to run through. If you don't you will be hit for around a 200.
Once the first phase is done, you need to quickly run to the center of the arena and click the artifact in the middle that will now be glowing red.
She will summon at the start of this phase Giant Grotworms that hit around 200s very accuratly with their magic attacks, you need to kill these as soon as possible. She will also summon tortured souls throughout the fight, these will give you a message in the chatbox when summoned, these you can tank, as their melee hits arnt dangerous (but see below). When she uses a fire wave this phase, instead of just one, it will have two consecutive rows of fire, each with only one gap.
Whenever Grotworms are summoned, kill them as quickly as possible, they will hit you very hard with their magic attacks. Unless you have Torva armour though, keep praying range, as the Queen will still be the bigger threat.
Once this phase is ovwer, a light bridge will be able to be walked on, and u will have to run across it to click thenext artifact, this is the same ofr all the rest of the phases. However, once u have clicked the artifact, quickly run off the bridge, or you will be hit constant 200s for as long as your on it.
On the third phase, the fire waves will have 3 walls of fire. Here, whenever she summons tortured souls, kill them immediatly, because she will start to rapidly heal off of them.
And thats about as far as I have gotten so far-will add more as I learn more.
