I would like to ask everyone to be in the clan's official uniform for the anniversary meeting on the 16th. That includes the following: -Monk Robes -Clan Cloak (Team 30 cape if you do not have the cloak) -No melee or range weapons equipped. Staffs are allowed
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Meh, its alright if other people show up out of uniform. Monk Robes are the most important part though so its no big deal

if anyone else does show up we could just ask them to take off anything that's /kinda/ offensive to what we stand for, like those pvp hats or whatnot.

I was thinking of having a costume contest and they would show up dressed up, then afterwords change into official clothes, but is there any better way for it to happen, considering the above?

We could try to do the contest before the meeting actually starts. If you cant fit it in for the anniversary try to save it for the meeting before halloween, it would only be 2 weeks away.

that would probably be a better idea, but then it would limit it to a Halloween costume party only, and perhaps Gold would like to have other options for the rules of it.
Edit: On a side note, we do need supplies for the drop party (rune sets, pizza's, cakes, weapons, ammo, etc) mainly just f2p supplies that a person would like to have and such ;D
