Nice here are a few things to always keep on you: -Means of teleportation, some good ones are: Skill necklace, ring of duelling, Amulet of glory, and games necklaces.
-If you plan on doing quests or monster hunting the best armour you can use and afford (full rune is fine)
-if you get 70 attack buy a whip great things to have and they are going down in price.
-Dragon defender
Quests to do (if you can): Wolf Whistle (for summoning) Druidic Ritual (for herblore) Fremmenik Trials The Digsite Monkey Madness
Merlin's Crystal Holy Grail (these are good for xp)
Places to check out: Edgeville Chaos Druid Resource dung Taverly dungeon
Have fun ;D

well quests to do immediately are the ones that open up skills, herblore and summoning i believe are the only two that need that. past that, for item rewards, i suggest the void line of quests, the void armor is nice as is korasi's sword at the end of it.
for items, guthans set from barrows is a nice thing to have if you have the lvls whip is good as well. with 60 def, i suggest upgrading at least the legs from full rune to d legs, they dont cost too much but the added defense is nice Dhide armor should be a good thing to keep around too, green is really not that good, so use the best you have ;p
and if you want a really amusing time, check out gwd, i can find you a set of items to keep you from being attacked at all, but the chaos is fun to watch ;p

I'm not sure if it still like it was a few years ago or not but if it is instead of d legs get a skirt. They used to be like 600k compared to d legs that were over 2 mil, plus skirts are lighter. This may have changed as I haven't seen prices in forever and don't have time to look it up right now. But yeah as everyone else has said the best thing to do at first is to unlock as much of actual members stuff asap, another good quest is ghost ahoy, it unlocks the ghost town and gives the ectophial which is really good to have as that is about the only way to get to anyplace east of varrock without different magic or I think charter ships.

Thanks for the advice guys! I learned the hard way I should also have some anti poison around... haha
P.D. My new name is Lord BIack (yes a i not and L)
Edit: At the moment im questing a lot because I think its the easiest way to get to know around and get most skills started, afterwards I will make some money making activities to take advantafe of the current low prices and when that is done I will work on my defence, attack and strenght to be able to wield dragon mainly. (Prices are incredibly low) First stuff I bought today was an obsidian cape, a dragon scimitar, black elite armour (its kinda useless but I love how it looks fors ome reason) and some other cheap stuff.
