Today I am having some really serious problems in trying to play Runescape. Instead of loading like normal, it freezes and a seperate Java tab appears. When I try to enlarge the tab, nothing happens. I know it is that thing that Jagex is doing with the Java certificate today. But it won't work for me. Can someone give me some advice as to what I need to do to fix this?

do you use RS via client program, or browser? have you tried it on alternative browsers and seen if it did it on all programs?

Likely solutions would include
- Updating Java platform, if not done so
- Clear browser cookies, or reset browser to defaults if using browser
- Uninstall and reinstall Java Platform
