Realizes that Rem didn't pay his rent for the castles yet and watches as he gets evicted.
Knocks down castles and builds Budah's Plaza Emporium. My Hill Plaza thing!

When Rem defaulted on his rent, his castle went into receivership. Unpaid, his contractor placed a lean on the property, and when budah came in and acquired the land. The Legal trap was sprung.
The Crack legal team of Zigorkhan & Associates attacked with rabid lawyers. Using his +10 legal abilities. Petitioning the court and filing a legal injunction to cease and desist and vacate the premises immediately. Seizing the property under a Vague national heritage act proving that the hill was in fact an ancient tribal settlement. Placing the land, and Fabulous Plaza Emporium under Zigorkhan's firms direction.

After the mumbo-jumbo of Zig's ownage, Ginta uses his bad-boyz skillz that killz and raises flames from the ground destroying the ancient tribal site, after the following, Ginta sends his army of Imps and War of Legends friends to destroy Zigorkhan's army, but one of each army had the same account both in Runescape and War of Legends, which causes a rip in the time-space continuim, destroy the whole Runescape universe. Ginta uses his spaceship to make a portal that leads to a different dimension, taking the burnt land of ancient tribal land with him, now owning the hill since no one here can beat my War of Legends account.

I then teleport ginta to a duplicate hill and claim the actual hill for myself training a crack squadron of wabbits to defend my hill.

i kill yada by poison and take full comand of the hill and make it a fully armed war fort with a very deep moat and add man eating fish in it with and nonendless supply of food so they dont die HAHAHAHAHA. and make sure i dont get evicted >.< wasn't very fun. MY HILL
