Linux Ubuntu because it has very few to no viruses. The Only downside to it is you can't play many games without WINE or similar programs

the only reason linux has no viruses is that noone uses it for anything important because windows works much better for those uses ;P if more major companies and banks and such ran on it then there would be just as many viruses as windows.

Well, also, Microsoft couldn't give a crap less about security. Also, it's almost impossible to hack UNIX without the victim being some sort of total idiot

Should have probably been lumped "Windows 98 / 95" and "Windows 2000" separately.
I picked Windows 98, always been my personal favorite operating system. Just edging out ahead of Linux Ubuntu and Red Hat, as well as Fedora.

not really at least windows is designed to be hard to get into unix is just designed to be easy to use... Actually, yes really. UNIX pwns all in security. And Windows doesn't give much of an emphasis on security. And if it does, it sure isn't doing anything if a 12 year old like me can hack it

I disagree, You claim is that because you can hack into it, its insecure. However, that is not an actual reason, thats just a claim.
Windows has venerabilities, but on that same note, so Does UNIX. The Problem isn't that Microsoft has made a flawed operating system (No, quite the opposite). Problem is more of who is using UNIX and who is using Windows. Most UNIX users are generally more proficient in system usage and have more more familiarity with system security. Windows users on the other hand, generally are of the "I Just want it to work" types, and generally don't take much time to configure and administer their system and network security. These are what is generally exploited. UNIX also emphasizes security by default, with a lot of system and network services disabled by default on shipping. Windows on the other hand which emphasizes ease of use, has these enabled by default.
Generally a Competent Windows user, can make is system as secure as the majority of UNIX systems.

Is there any where that I can get a version of windows XP? Every where that I have looked they only have a down grade of windows vista, it's not quite the same.
