Ok, since no one seemed to figure this out, the Combat Acadamy in Lumbridge, if you do it and haven't already, gives you lotsa xp.....

Yes, you can choose any skill (besides Divination, for now)to put the xp in, in batches of the above (might scale to your level in your chosen skill, don't know)
